Founder

Alacrity Professionals was founded by Padmaja R, a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India as well as the Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. She has around 3 decades of experience in the actuarial field. She has worked with industry leaders such as Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company, HDFC Standard Life Insurance, LIC of India.

Padmaja has extensive experience and knowledge on various industry and regulatory practices. Her strengths lie in assessing and reviewing product designs, pricing, risk assessment, peer review of statutory valuation, regulatory compliance and documentation. She has a keen eye for details and the acumen to plan, manage and execute complex projects.

She has been a guest faculty at National Insurance Academy, Pune and Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai for their executive training and management programs on actuarial subjects.

Explaining complex concepts in simple language is her forte, which makes her training sessions and webinars very appealing and stimulating.
